         I will teach you how to log on to aol my account and manage your payment method ,view your bills, manage your services and lot more that you can do your self by new and improved online my a/c provided by aol to all his broadband users.

How to log in

• In order to log in to my account open internet explorer or Google chrome 

Now open www.aol.com or www.aol.co.uk  on internet explorer or Google chrome

• Now you can see home page of aol where you will find so many option like

• NEWS
• SPORT
• ENTERTAINMENT
• LIFESTYLE
• PARENTING
• MONEY
• SERVICES

• now select option 7 which is services  now under services find my account and click on it 
• now uou would be on AOL HELP page or on this link http://help.aol.co.uk/help_uk/microsites/manageAccount.jsp 
• Now click on manage my broad band a/c to acess your broadband or phone bill's with aol
• it will ask you to log in use your master screen name or your aol email address and password
• now you have all your billing info on this page 

there are option 

bill summery : it helps you to view your bill details

Pay my bills : this option helps you to pay one off payments bu credit or debit cards and also give you the option to change your payment details and update your direct debit online

Itemised call : This option helps you to see your all calls made through out the month with detailed info about call time, duration, charges etc.

         I am going to tell you some thing about your broadband service provider in uk ...there are so many service provider exist in uk one of them is aol broadband which is a part is talk talk group...

Over here we are not talking about the talk talk broadband we are talking about talk talk group which is a biggest   stake holder of broadband service in uk ... it hold 4 different broadband in uk there are aol , talk talk, onetel, etc

If you are a part of Aol broadband uk then u need to remember few things to save money when you are with aol for your service .ie

• Broadband
• Broadband and call pack
• line rental + Broadband + Calls

Important pionts to remember to save money with aol broadband 

• Check if your direct debit is updated with them 

Reason why you need to check :

1. if you are paying through credit card or debit card you would be paying 1.99 pounds ans if you update your 6 digit sort code xx-xx-xx and 8 digit a/c number xxxx-xxxx then u save that 1.99 pounds a month
2. if you have not updated your payment details with aol then you have to pay 4.50 pounds for non direct debit fee charge if your bill get's generated for that month.

Solution :

if you want to save that charges in that case there are 2 options 

option 

1.  if u dont want to pay your bill through direct debit and your credit or debit card is not updated then you can pay your bill in advance to avoid charges of 4.50 pound .
2. if you are getting the charge for 1.99 pounds and want to save that money then call aol customer service on 0844-499-5555 or log on to MY ACCOUNT on www.aol.com

note :  make sure if you have set up direct debit , credit card or debit card details for monthly payment make sure you have enough balance to pay the due other wise it will get charge direct debit rejection charge by Aol for 10 pounds which will be added up in your next bill
